How to play GeoRankle

A new set of countries is revealed one by one each day. Assign each country to the category where it ranks highest worldwide: GDP per capita, population, land area, coastline, birth rate and more. The closer your pick is to the country's actual best category, the more points you earn. Complete all rounds to see your total score and compare with players worldwide. A new ranking puzzle drops every day.

Each country is worth up to 100 points, so a full round tops out at 800. Points scale with how close your chosen category is to the country’s real best ranking, which means a near miss still scores.

The category pool covers twenty-three statistics, from GDP per capita and population to forest cover and passport power. A new set of countries is drawn every day, and the Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia editions each run their own.
